• Arrive early

• Please enter the Ingle's parking lot from the traffic light on Oak Ridge Highway. If you have been instructed to assemble in the Church of Christ parking lot, please proceed in that direction.

• Line up is 7:30am until 8:45am

• Roll off is 9:00am

• Be patient, the parking lot will be crowded.

• Watch for people in parking lot.

• Follow directions of event staff and Sheriff's dept.

• Some usual areas of traffic may be closed. This is for safety. Please work with us.

• Maintain a safe distance during the parade, 3 car lengths is a good estimate.

• Keep pace with the vehicle ahead.

• If you have a mechanical issue or other emergency, please pull to the far right.

• In the unlikely event of emergency vehicles needing to pass, please stop in place and let them do as they need.

• If you are tossing candy, and who isn’t! Please toss it far enough to each side so that children aren't in the traffic lanes.

• After the right turn at the red light, turn right again onto Beaver Ridge Rd to return.

• You may unload passengers at the Elementary School or at Ingles. Please DO NOT STOP on the roads to unload.

• On the return leg of the parade, please take your time.

• Most importantly, HAVE FUN! Santa is watching.
